Who makes the change matters
When we make your updates, we check every change for ADA/WCAG compliance before it goes live.
When updates are made by you, your staff or anyone else, we cannot guarantee that your website will stay ADA/WCAG compliant, because we are not the ones adding the words, images, documents, videos or code. A single photo without alt text, a scanned PDF or a video without captions can take a compliant website out of compliance.
That is why ADA/WCAG training is critical. Everyone who edits your website needs to know how to keep it accessible. We include accessibility in every training session, and we recommend regular ADA/WCAG compliance audits to catch problems early.

Do we have to update our own website?
No. You choose. We can handle every update, share the work with your team, or train your staff to do it.
Will our website stay ADA/WCAG compliant if our staff make changes?
We check every update we make. We cannot guarantee compliance for changes made by others, which is why we train everyone who edits your website and recommend regular ADA/WCAG compliance audits.
How long does training take?
Most teams are comfortable after one or two sessions. We tailor training to your website and your staff, and recorded sessions and written guides are there whenever you need a refresher.
Can new staff be trained later?
Yes. We offer refresher and new-staff sessions whenever you need them.
Is the editing portal secure?
Yes. Each person gets their own login with only the access they need, and your website is backed up regularly.
How do we send you large files?
Through your private, secure file sharing space. You get a simple link, with no software to install.
